What You’ll Do

This role is all about building new relationships and opening new business accounts in your territory.

  • Engage with local businesses prospecting daily through outreach, visits, drop-ins, and networking

  • Build a strong, organized pipeline of opportunities

  • Understand customer needs and present tailored uniform & facility service solutions

  • Work toward weekly activity goals and long-term revenue targets

  • Spend about one day a week in the office for team collaboration and planning

  • Maintain accurate CRM notes to support team visibility and forecasting

You’ll have a high degree of autonomy — but never feel like you’re doing it alone.

  • B2B sales or new business development experience is a plus

  • Industrial services experience is helpful but not required
