As an Entry-Level Sales Associate, you'll focus on building relationships and generating new business opportunities while learning the fundamentals of professional B2B sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect daily through cold calling and in-person visits
- Identify and qualify potential customers
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of sales opportunities
- Schedule appointments for Territory Sales Representatives
- Assist with customer presentations and sales meetings
- Track activities and opportunities using CRM software
- Achieve weekly prospecting goals and performance targets
- Develop the skills needed to manage your own sales territory
- No prior B2B sales experience required
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Confident communicator who enjoys meeting new people
- Competitive mindset with a strong work ethic
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Comfortable making cold calls and conducting face-to-face prospecting
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office, email, and internet applications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
