Jackson Services is looking for a dependable, motivated, and customer-focused Route Account Representative to join our growing team.

As a Route Account Representative, you will manage an established customer route using a company-owned truck. You will be the face of Jackson Services for the businesses you serve, making sure customers receive the products, service, and support they need each week.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Route Account Representative, you will manage and service a group of customer accounts on an assigned route. You will build relationships, provide dependable service, and help customers keep their businesses running smoothly.

Your day may include:

  • Visiting established customer accounts on your route
  • Delivering clean uniforms, mats, linens, and facility service products
  • Picking up used products for cleaning and processing
  • Building strong relationships with customers and being their regular point of contact
  • Making sure customers have the right products and inventory levels
  • Identifying opportunities to improve service or offer additional solutions
  • Representing Jackson Services in a professional, friendly, and dependable way
  • Using handheld technology to track service, inventory, and customer needs
  • Driving a company-owned truck safely and responsibly
  • Taking ownership of your route and your customer relationships

Requirements

Qualified candidates should have:

  • A valid driver’s license
  • A good driving record
  • Strong customer service skills
  • A professional and positive attitude
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, walk, and perform physical work throughout the day
  • Basic computer or handheld device skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to pass a drug screen
